Still nothing....

Well, am I chicky or am I too serious about this issue ?? a corporation who got ISO certified, didn't fulfill their member's requested, and don't even bother to answer your question from the email, is that how you treat someone who put their money for you guy to take care, I start to worry about this...

Very bad services from KWSP Call Center

Hi,

Below attached FITRAHANIN BTE ABU BAKAR reply to my enquiry on the 17th Feb 2009, just wondering how is the process of the direct credit to my account ? is there any problem on the issued ? from the Help site on your web page, it did mention within 4 working days, and the reply to me is 4 or 5 working days, and now is that be possible to 6 or 7 day working days ?

Please be informed that your withdrawal application has been approved on12th February 2009 and the payment dated 13th February 2009. .The money will be credited into your bank account within four or five working days from the date of approval. Please check your bank statement for confirmation.

Using Credit Payment Mode


Members are required to have an active Personal Saving / Current Account with any of banks appointed by EPF to be able to utilise this mode of payment. A Joint Account is only applicable for withdrawals amount of more than RM100,000.

When applying for any of the above withdrawals, you should:

Ensure that your name and Identification Card number in your bank account passbook/statement are the same as the ones in your EPF records;
*
Fill in the exact and correct bank account number, which is still active, in the withdrawal form;
*
Present the original bank account passbook or current account statement including its photocopy when submitting your application from.

For Members who do not have any bank account with the EPF panel of banks, you are required to open an account with any of the listed banks. You can obtain a confirmation letter from the EPF to enable you to open an account with a minimum deposit at the respective bank.

All withdrawal payments must be credited directly into your bank account, subject to the above-mentioned conditions.

However, you will be paid by a Payment Order if you:

Did not provide your bank account details in the withdrawal application form; or
*
Choose the mode of payment by Payment Order. You will be required to complete 'Surat Akujanji Pembayaran Pengeluaran KWSP Melalui Makluman Bayaran';
*
In such instances, you will be notified through a posted Payment Notice requesting you to collect your payment from the EPF office where your application is submitted. The Payment Order can be cashed-in at RHB Bank Berhad for Members in Peninsular Malaysia; or Bank Simpanan Nasional for those in Sabah and Sarawak.


Document Certification
For applications submitted by post, the respective bank officer must certify the photocopy of bank account passbook/statement. If application is submitted at the EPF counter, the EPF office on duty will certify photocopy of the document.


Notice of Payment
Barring unforeseen circumstances, withdrawal payment will be credited into your bank account no later than four working days after your application is approved.

You will be notified through 'Surat Makluman Pengkreditan Bayaran' (Letter of Payment Credit Advice) as soon as the payment is credited into your bank account. If you do not receive this letter within four weeks from the date of application, you should contact the EPF immediately.


Payment That Cannot be Credited Into Member's Bank Account
Payments will not be credited into your bank account in any of the following cases:

1.
Your bank account is considered as negative:
*
Account holder is bankrupt;
*
Bank account is closed;
*
Bank account under recall;
*
Account holder is of unsound mind;
*
Bank account garnished;
*
Bank account is frozen;
*
Account holder is under legal actions;
*
Account holder has passed away;
*
Bank account is dormant (not active for more than one year).
2.
You did not provide your bank account details accurately.Withdrawal payments that cannot be credited directly into your bank account will be paid by Banker's cheque issued by RHB Bank Berhad.
